100 * ( Mov( Mov( ROC(C,1,$),40,E),20,E) /
( Mov( Abs( Mov(ROC(C,1,$),40,E)),20,E)))

Put Horizontal Lines at +80, +0 and -80.
Values of +95 and -95 are its Extremes.
Find it to be a "true strength stochastics momentum indicator"(TSSMI).
Plot it on a weekly chart and you'll even see more what I mean by that TSSMI.

Have made a MODified version of it to suite my needs
(also used in the attached AEX.gif):

100 * ( Mov( Mov( ROC(C,1,$),40,E),3,E) /
( Mov( Abs( Mov(ROC(C,1,$),40,E)),3,E)))

Thanks to all adding to this thread(and esp. Steve K. for starting it).
