[amibroker] Prevent New Bar From Scrolling Chart Automatically

When I look at a 1 minute chart and then a new bar completes, the chart is automatically scrolled to make room for the new bar.

Can this behavior be prevented?  It's especially inconvenient when looking at historical data when you want the chart to stay where it is.
