I have been following Bulowski's signals for a while and I think it would be hard to devise a trading stategy from them.  The signals bounce around from day to day.  He notes that none of the signals are confirmed until 5 days later.  I asked him if he had ever traded an ETF like SPY off the daily signals and if he had tested the performance of this strategy and he said "no". The chart with the signals looks impressive but it is not updated until the end of the week, so you are basically picking the market high or low in hindsight. I doubt he uses the signals himself for anything.  He appears to trade off chart patterns. Here are the signals since September (missing a few days).
