Hello,

Why just don't you use relative path ?
if you for example use

fopen("myfilename.txt", "r")

it will always look for "myfilename.txt" inside CURRENT FOLDER.

Relative paths ALWAYS refer to current folder without need to retrieve 
it / specify it .
