Hello group,
My problem is that Vista Home premium has some
issues that have stopped working...
Some services will not start and I have been unable
to resolve these issues...among other things..
I wish to do a full operating install...I do not
have a recovery CD , I have a recovery Partition that
came with the computer...
I want to keep all programs and files that I now
have on my hard disk...what would be the best
way to accomplish this task..?
