There are a couple of things that might be important to you.
IQFeed as far as I know is not integrated to TWS. But eSignal can be configured to do so. you cant get iqfeed data through TWS which might be a problem if you're using java to control TWS directly. In addition, IQfeed only supports US market, while eSignal supports the full suite.
