How to write this in afl

for a triangular moving avearge

 

"if current close value is not greater than previous 10 bars avarage value * 1.0075 then it should not give Buy Signal & 

 

if current close value is not greater than previous 10 bars avarage value * 1.0075 then it should not give SELL Signal
