Hello,
It is still in beta, but you can get it directly from me in an email
attachment if you would like to have it. I have not posted it yet
because I need more feedback and I want to have a list of users so
that I can send updates as I fix bugs and add features. It is open
source and documented.
It does not address templates, just parameters. Everything is saved
in files and can be private or shared between charts with certain
limitations.
