[amibroker] US commodity futures NYMEX, COMEX, CBOT End of day data download

Hi All,

Recently I have got amibroker version 4.80. there are two queries which 
i would like to make.

1) how can i download the free end of day US commodity futures like 
CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX etc. O,H,L,C into amibroker for analysis from 
website like www.barchart.com.

2) if i subscribe to reuters end of day datalink, can i configure to 
amibroker or amiquote, so that daily i can download data from reuters.
