BUT how do I find the date as I  said:

After this I need to add a column for the date on which LLV occured

Amazingly enough I can find dates for other events using datenum() 
but this one is dodging me

should be  simple

find lowest c, find datenum and convert to a dae string

can't do it for low c for other events finding date has not been a 
problem
