Sure, choose "EDIT FORMULA" and change the "maximum" parameter to any value you need.
That's the 4th parameter of Param() function call:

_SECTION_BEGIN("MA"); 
P = ParamField("Price field",-1); 
Periods = Param("Periods", 15, 2, 200, 1 ); /// <<<< REPLACE 200 with your 800 or any maximum you need
Plot( MA( P, Periods ), _DEFAULT_NAME(), ParamColor( "Color", colorCycle ), ParamStyle("Style") );
