[amibroker] Indicator Application and Multiple Machines

For those of you who wish to have multiple copies of AB on different
machines, create new work (charts, layouts, code) on the different
machines, and subsequently synchronize those machines, the way in
which you apply your indicators to charts can have a big influence on
your ability to achieve this.
