[amibroker] Erratic Time Stamp

Hi,

The real time data I am able to fetch has erratic time stamps.
Like $TIMESHIFT, is there any function which can be written in format
file to use *LOCAL SYSTEM TIME instead of the time stamp that comes
with each quote.
