[amibroker] Temporary DNS problems may occur

Hello,

Due to IP address change and DNS propagation process you may see
temporary problems in reaching www.amibroker.com site.
If you face problems you may reach the site directly under new IP
http://74.200.70.129

The DNSes should propagate over the world in 24-48 hours.
But should be much less than that.
