[amibroker] Some general questions

1) Can chart Canadian and US Stocks?

2) Can you create an index and if so is there a limit to the amount of
symbols in that index?

3) Can you manipulate time/price settings....ie....if I wanted to
chart the dow and have its high be 20,000 and have my chart go from
2005 to 2012?
