[amibroker] Importing Lists

["ftstrades" <ftspfolio@xxxxxxxxx>]

Is there a way to import symbol lists into Amibroker 5.0 by copy 
pasting the list into the Formula Editor and have Amibroker save that 
list into my favourites or any other watchlist? I want to avoid 
creating third files in my hard drive, this way will save me a step.
