I have not had any luck with this either. I saw that the Ver 5.0
upgrade had some improvements (or fix) to the export function, I
upgraded, but didn't seem to do the trick.
It successfuly exports to a CSV file, but I have not ever successfully
imported that file back in to do further analysis.
