[amibroker] Fundamental screening.

Hello All,

I have a question; i know we can do some fundamental screening with AB; 
but i am not sure. Can i construct screens similar to the Zacks screens 
or Motleyfool screens. For example; here is a screen from standard 
zacks report; can i construct a screen using these following rules:

condition 1: Top 20% companies with 5Yr historic year over year 
earnings growth rate

conditon 2: Bottom 20% (Lowest) PE's of the above group of companies; 
PEs ranging from 1 to 100; exclude zero or negative PE companies.

condition 3: Price > 5 (This one is easy!)
condition 4: Volume > 100000 (this one is easy too!)
conditon 5: zacks rank <= 2 (ya; well this we probably cannot; but 
ignore this for now)
