[amibroker] Value chart indicator

I did a search on the Amibroker site and also here but could not find
any references to the "Value chart Indicator"  that was developed by
David Stendahl

The trade station code is available for free, but it needs to be
translated to AFL.

It looks like this indicator may be very useful.

Has anyone has attempted to code this ?
