[amibroker] ADK- ASCII Plugin

Hi,

After Compiling ASCII plugin files given in ADK, i hv shifted the 
ASCII.DLL to plugins folder.

However, it is not showing in database settings plugins option.Is there 
sum step i am missing?

B)Is it possible to change time format form HHMM to HHMMSS?

C)How can we use ascii plugin so that we can use custom format file so 
that we can import EOD data also
