Thanks Tomascz, Sydney, Richard, Al
I have a tool called MWSnap that does this (thanks to Dingo) but it's very extensive and requires one to save
a file and then upload the file to the mail program, in my case Outlook Express.  I'll adopt TJ's approach since
sometimes I want to show someone which button to press or which field to fill in.

AB Forum:
No one took a bite on the holy grail?  Take a look at the outline of Howard Bandy's two day workshop in trading systems design and development.  http://www.ftmonitor.com/lv08/bandy.pdf

I use an old version of Paint Shop Pro for this, but would otherwise
probably use Irfanview.
