[amibroker] IB Backfill period, has it changed?

The plug-in says IB provides 20 day backfill for customers. I am a 
customer, I pay more than the their minimum in fees monthly and just 
tried to backfill data for IBM and only got 4 days. Has something 
changed in IB or their TWS? The TWS I am using is java version 1.6.0_02 
and the build is 877.5 I am using AB 4.90.5
