[amibroker] Is it Possible To extend the toolbar with custom function

Hello 

i wonder if it can be done in amibroker to write a plugin which
extends the toolbar to call for example a excel sheet. Or if it is
possible to 
generate a custom drawing tool within the amibroker charting environment.

For example the intelligent optimizer generates a custom menu which is
located outside amibroker. So how can i write such a GUI which can
interact with amibroker. In the adk description only data plugins and
afl plugins are described but it seems that other things can be done, too.
