Check out the Plot statement from Help. You did not have a third argument
for color. I have removed the 'StyleOwnScale' from your first Plot statement
to show the scale for primary symbol - a personal preference.

Plot(Close,"nasdaq",colorOrange,styleLine);
ForeignSYMBOL = Foreign("NASTRIN.Z","Close"); 
Plot(MA(ForeignSYMBOL,10),"Nasdaq Trin", colorPink,styleLine|styleOwnScale);

i am trying to plot a chart like below. but i get a flat line for trin 
and nasdaq. How can i change to make it happen.

my formula
