[amibroker] Is Amibroker a complete trading software?

I am searching for a good software to portfolio trading and I would 
like to have your opinion about Amibroker capabilities. So might you 
help me with the following:

May I use Amibroker to program, backtest and trade a complete trading 
system in portfolio mode?

By portfolio mode I mean: 1) the system trades different symbols; 2) 
positions are sized by maximum risk percentage of current portfolio 
equity; 3) portfolio management tracks market positions to update 
portfolio equity and also allows for cash adjustments (deposits and 
withdrawals).

So, do you think I might be able to use Amibroker to program and 
implement such a trading system? Thanks.
