[amibroker] Dingo's PBI Collected Documentation - is it still available somewhere?

I've been teaching myself the Custom Backtester Interface using the PBI 
Reference guide in the manual and another document recently found in 
the file section in this group.

I've seen a lot of references to Dingo's PBI Collected Documentation in 
the Amibroker Beta files, but it isn't there anymore.

Any way I can find it or can someone email a copy to me or was it 
withdrawn for particular reason?
