Multiply the lower timeframe periods by an appropriate factor.

 

MAcd_daily = MACD(12,26,9);

MACD_Weekly = MACD(12*5, 26*5, 9*5);

MACD_Monthly = MACD(12*20, 26*20, 9*20);

 

etc.

Is there any way to smoothout the edges when a indicator of higher
timeframe is placed on the shorter one.
