[amibroker] Forex trading with AB?

Hi,
I have a bit of experience with MT4 platform but it lacks some 
functions I need to do backtest the way I want. I was thinking about 
migrating to Amibroker, but first I'd like to make sure it can do 
what I need:
- I want risk certain % of my current balance on each trade. Because 
stop loss order is always diffrent size, I need a function that 
returns pip value for each currency pair and then I'd like to be able 
to calculate my position size (separately for each trade in 
backtest). Can I do it? 
- I want to include currently opened positions as condition when 
opening new position. So, for example, I will not open Long GBPUSD 
when I have Short GBPJPY. Is it possoble?
