[amibroker] Amiquote no longer updates files

Amiquote 1.94 has been updating tickers fine till now.
But, now the files are no longer updated.

Now when I 'Start download'
from any data source
on any size list
for all symbols
'Waiting...'
changes to 'Initial wait...'
but the checkbox remains checked
the number of completed downloads and number of files left is shown
and finally the status bar shows 'Completed'
but still, all symbols show: 'Initial wait...'.

And, the files are not updated

The aqh.format file in the Formats subdirectory of AMiBroker.
The log file shows:
Logging started for 'C:\Trade\AmiBroker\AmiQuote\Download\AA.aqh' 
file, using format definition file 'Formats\default.format'

My .aqh, .aqi, and .aqm files are in the Download folder
have data to the last update
and files may be written to.

I have reinstalled AmiQuote.
The firewall has all permissions.

Any ideas to solve this ?
