Same thing happening here.
Backfill worked O.K. last Friday. 
I assumed it was a problem with IB but you say 
your Quotetracker/IB configuration is working O.K.
Gremlins I guess ???

  I'm using TWS with QuoteTracker as well and don't get the problem...
