:-)

My first AFL benchmarks show that 64 bit version alone (without any parallel execution) is faster just about 10%.
Actually major benefit from running 64 bit version is not raw speed but ability to address more memory.
Since 64 bit application running on 64 bit windows is not limited to 3GB of RAM (old windows limit), in near future
you will be able to run AmiBroker on computer equiped with 8GB of RAM and all data (even for huge databases)
could be kept in RAM and then speed increase compared to disk access would be much higher.

As far as raw speed is considered, together with 64 bit, I am working on adding parallel execution
to AFL engine to take advantage of multi-core, HT and/or multi-CPUs/SSE/SSE2.

Tomasz Janeczko
