[amibroker] Combining databases

What is the proper way to combine two or more databases?  I cannot find 
anything in the Users Guide or the help files on combining or merging 
databases.  In Windows Explorer, I can copy the data files from various 
databases into a single new database, but I can't find anything that will 
create the broker.____ files and the description of those files sounds as 
if the broker.____ files from one of the databases would not be appropriate 
for the combined database.

Interestingly, at least on my machine, copying the data files into one 
database works but it also crashes Windows Explorer.
