Hello,
If you installed new 4.66.2 beta you should NOT download any IB plugin additionally
as it beta installer ALREADY COMES with most recent plugin.
If you overwrite it with somethign that you downloaded from somewhere it is OLDER
than one that comes with the beta.
So Install BETA and do not touch anything.
