[amibroker] Refresh of Param functions with StaticVarSet/Get

For anyone else who is using these functions to apply the same Param 
changes (with the slider) to multiple indicators using the same 
lookback period ...

Wouldn't it be advantageous to have the Refresh capability placed 
directly on the parameters dialog so that it's not necessary to click 
outside of the dialog and press F5 to have the parameter change 
applied to the other indicators?

I'd like to get the input of others before sending a feature request 
to Tomasz.
