[amibroker] How to auto-import a symbol list from a text file into AB watch-list

How to auto-import a symbol list from a text file into AB watch-list. 
I tried AB ole. It seems that it is not working for me. Somebody 
knows how to code it? The symbol list in the file is updated in about 
30-60 min. I want AB can automatically import the updated list from 
the file into watch-list in same time period.
