[amibroker] How to get and keep stocks updated

I am pretty new to Amibroker and am confused as to how to get and 
upkeep stocks in AmiBroker.

For example, when a new stock enters the market (NASDAQ, NYSE, or 
AMEX are the only markets I am interested in), how do I know that it 
has been added and how can I have confidence that my lists are always 
up to date?

Is there a setting or link that will keep this list updated for me?
