Theoretically you may have aqh.format file corrupted (in Formats 
subdirectory)

Please try again, you can also try new AmiBroker 4.20.5
http://www.amibroker.com/bin/ab4205.exe
as it assigns open=high=low=close if it finds that the data file
you are importing has zeros in open high low fields.
