Integer part is used currently for 
"space-padding" - when you define 10.1 you will see
it in the CSV-exported file.

Currently, I don' t see the reason for the 
integer part of the format parameter !
 
It will be great if this parameter could change 
the width of column so we don' t have to ajust manualy with the mouse 
(columnWidth = (IntegerPart + FractionalPart + 1)*maxCharWidth)
