cond1= H >EMA(Close,130) and EMA(Close,250) > Ref(EMA(Close,250),-10);
factor=2;
cond2=EMA(Close,130)+factor* ATR(10)>H;
Cond=cond1 and cond2;
Buy=ref(Cond,-1);

as for the syntax.
Unfortunately some conditions are quite bullish and I do not have 
examples in my database to see the possible application.
