importing symbols

Hello,

I've just downloaded complete symbol lists of nasdaq, amex and otc 
(I'm also searching for a complete nyse symbol list).

The nasdaq list is a .xls file like this:
ATRKC	@Track Communications, Inc.	Telecommunications

The amex list is a .csv file like this:
Aberdeen Asia-Pacific Income Fund Inc	FAX

The otc list is a .txt file like this:
AACS|AMERICAN COMM SOLUT

Now my question is: How can I create separate workspaces (one 
workspace per market) and how can I import these files into AB?
