My options are MIMI, UUEncode and Binhex. The MiME is the one
selected. The message indicates that it is UUEncodoed not MIME.

I had no problem with the attachment. You might look at the options of
your email program under TOOLS/OPTIONS/ATTACHMENTS, and make sure it is
set to "MIME". I'm no expert, but it does appear that your program is set
to BINHEX.
It would be worth a try.
